Contacts
Contacts is the central database of all leads in your project. Here you can search, filter, add tags, manage lists and view the full history of interactions with each contact.

Each contact row shows:
- Avatar and name
- Job title and company
- LinkedIn profile link
- Pipeline stage
- Tags
- Last activity date
- Assigned team member
Contact Details
Click a contact to open their detail panel.
Profile
- Full name, title, company
- LinkedIn URL
- Email and phone (editable)
- Location
Activity Tab
Task list for this contact. New Task button creates a task linked to this contact.
Notes Tab
Internal team comments. Click + Add a comment... → type → Enter.
Messages Tab
Full LinkedIn conversation history with this contact.
Lists
Contact lists allow you to segment leads for use in automations, filters and reports.
Creating a list:
- Click + New List in the Lists panel
- Enter the list name
- Contacts can be added manually or via Lead Extractor
Tags
Tags are colored labels for classifying contacts. Managed in Project Settings → Tags.
To add a tag to a contact: open the contact → click + next to the tags section → select from the dropdown.
FAQ
How to bulk-add contacts to a list?
Select contacts using the checkboxes in the list → click the bulk action button → Add to List → select the list.
How to export contacts?
Use the export button in the Contacts toolbar. Exports include all fields including Custom Fields.
Can I add custom fields to contacts?
Yes. Go to Project Settings → Custom Fields and create the fields you need. They will appear in the contact panel under OTHER FIELDS.
