Pipeline
Pipeline is the visual sales funnel where you track leads by stage, from first contact to closed deal. Each project has its own pipeline with customizable stages.
Pipeline View
The pipeline displays leads as cards organized in columns by stage. Each card shows:
- Lead name and avatar
- LinkedIn account used
- Last activity date
- Tags (colored pills)
- Assigned team member
Toolbar

Stages
Default stages (customizable):

| New Contact | Just connected or added |
| Replied | Responded to outreach |
| Interested | Showed interest |
| Booked | Meeting scheduled |
| Discovered | Discovery call completed |
| Proposed | Proposal sent |
| Closed won | Deal closed |
| Lost | Deal lost |
Moving a lead: drag the card to another column, or use the Stage dropdown in the chat or contact panel.
Adding a custom stage: click + Add Stage at the end of the pipeline → enter the stage name.
Lead Card Actions
Click a card to open the conversation. Hover over a card for quick actions:
- Open chat
- Change stage
- View contact details

FAQ
How to add a custom stage?
Click + Add Stage at the end of the pipeline board → enter the stage name → confirm.
How to move a lead to a different stage?
Three ways: 1) Drag the card to another column. 2) Use the No stage dropdown in the chat header. 3) Use the Stage dropdown in the contact panel Overview tab.
Can I rename or delete existing stages?
Yes. Click the stage name at the top of the column to rename it. To delete, use the stage settings menu.
