Inbox
Inbox is the single hub for all your LinkedIn conversations, regardless of which connected profile received the reply. Each account operates independently, but all messages are collected in one place.

Conversation List
Each conversation displays as a row:
- Avatar and lead name
- Date / time of last message
- Preview of the last message
- Avatar of the LinkedIn account used
- Color indicator of AI reply classification: 🟢 positive / 🟡 neutral / 🔴 negative

AI mode (✏️ icon)
- Describe what you want to say (e.g. "Introduce our tool and suggest a meeting")
- Click Generate — AI writes a message based on the conversation context
- Click Refine — adjust tone: shorter, longer, formal, informal
AI suggestions: the system automatically proposes a reply based on the current context (e.g. "Re-engage after a week of silence"). Appears above the input field.
Status: "Draft saved" — drafts are saved automatically.

Internal team comments per contact. Counter shows Comments with count.
Add a comment: click + Add a comment... → type text → press Enter.
Each comment shows: avatar, author name, timestamp, text, ⋯ menu with Delete.
FAQ
How to switch between accounts in Inbox?
Account avatars are shown at the top of the Inbox panel. Click an avatar to see only that account's conversations. Click All to return to the full view.
How to find archived conversations?
Click 🔽 Filter → in the VIEW section select Archived.
How to snooze a conversation?
Click the 🕐 (Snooze) icon in the chat header. The conversation disappears from Inbox and reappears in VIEW → Snoozed at the specified time.
Are message drafts saved?
Yes. The system saves drafts automatically — the "Draft saved" label appears in the input field.
How to change a lead's stage from Inbox?
Two ways: 1) Click the No stage dropdown in the chat header. 2) Open the Overview tab in the contact panel → Stage section.
How to use a Custom Field in a message template?
When creating a Text Template snippet, insert the variable {{custom.field_key}} where field_key is the Field Key from Project Settings → Custom Fields. The system automatically fills in the value for each lead.
