Getting Started
Sprootal is an AI-powered LinkedIn outreach platform. This guide will help you get started quickly.
Step 1: Create a Workspace
A Workspace is the top-level container for all your projects, contacts and team members.
- After registration, a workspace is created automatically
- To create an additional workspace: click the ⇅ icon next to the workspace name in the top left → Create workspace → enter a name → Create
Step 2: Connect a LinkedIn Account
- Go to Senders in the left sidebar
- Click + Add
- Choose a connection method:
- Credentials (recommended) — enter your LinkedIn email and password
- Cookies — enter the
li_atcookie value
- Configure optional settings (sync, proxy)
- Click Login
After successful connection, the account appears in the list with a green indicator.
Step 3: Create a Project
A Project is a workspace for a specific client, campaign or outreach direction.
- Click ▼ next to the current project name in the sidebar → + New Project
- Enter the project name and description
- Add team members (Step 2 in the creation modal)
- Assign the LinkedIn sender account (Step 3)
- Click Create
Step 4: Configure Project Settings
Open Project Settings (click ▼ next to the project name → ⚙️ Project Settings):
- Context → Services — add your product/service description for AI message generation
- Tags — create tags to classify leads
- Custom Fields — add extra fields for contacts (e.g. Company Size, Painpoint)
- Snippets — create message templates for quick use in chat
Step 5: Add Contacts
Three ways to add contacts:

Step 6: Launch an Automation
- Go to Automations in the sidebar
- Click + New Automation
- Build the sequence manually or use Generate (AI builds it based on your Library context)
- Enroll contacts by clicking + Enroll
- Launch the automation
Step 7: Work with Replies in Inbox
All incoming LinkedIn messages appear in Inbox:
- Reply directly in the chat
- Use
/to insert snippets - Use the ✏️ icon for AI-generated replies
- Move leads through Pipeline stages
- Assign tasks

How many LinkedIn accounts can I connect?
Depends on your plan: Light — 1 account, Scale — up to 3, Max — up to 5.
How does the free trial work?
After registration you get 7 days of full access to all features. After the trial, the account is frozen — your data is not lost. A manager can extend the trial manually after a demo call.
What is a Workspace vs a Project?
A Workspace contains all your projects, team members and connected LinkedIn accounts. A Project is a focused space for one client or campaign with its own pipeline, contacts, tags and settings.
