Lead Extractor
Lead Extractor is a tool for collecting contacts directly from LinkedIn activity. Supports three source types: LinkedIn Search, Post Engagement (reactions and comments), Sales Navigator.
After extraction, the contact list can be added directly to an automation as a lead source.

Step-by-Step Extraction Process
Click + Extract Leads — a 3-step form opens. Progress is shown by a bar at the top of the modal.
Step 1: Account — select a LinkedIn account
All connected LinkedIn accounts with Connected status are shown. Select the account to use for collection, then click Next.
Step 2: URL — paste a link
Paste one or more LinkedIn URLs into the field.
- + Add another URL — add another URL to the same campaign
- Source type is detected automatically and shown as a tag (e.g. Post)
For Post URLs — additional selection:
After pasting a post link, a block appears: "Extract from this post (select one or both)":

Click Next after configuring.
Step 3: Settings — name and save options
Shows a tag with the source type (e.g. Post Reactions · 1 URL) and two fields:
Campaign Name — name for this extraction. Auto-generated, can be edited.
Import to List — search field to choose where to save contacts:
- Enter an existing list name or a new name
- No list — save without linking to a list
- + Create "name" — create a new list immediately
Click Start Extraction — the system begins collection in the background.
Extraction Statuses

FAQ
How many leads can I collect from one post?
Depends on post engagement. The system collects everyone who reacted or commented. Large viral posts can yield several hundred contacts.
Can I collect leads from multiple posts at once?
Yes. On the URL step, click "+ Add another URL" and add all the links you need. Duplicates across sources are removed automatically.
Where do collected contacts go after extraction?
To the list specified in the "Import to List" field on the Settings step. That list can then be added to a sequence as a lead source.
