Go to Projects to view all projects in your workspace.

Project List

The table shows the project name, description and number of contact lists. Click a project to open its details.

Create a Project

  1. Click + New in the top right
  2. Fill in the Project Details modal — three steps:

Step 1 — Details

  • Project Name (required, up to 200 characters)
  • Description — brief project description

Step 2 — Members

  • Add team members who will have access to the project

Step 3 — Senders

  • Link LinkedIn sender accounts for outreach in this project
  1. Click Create on the final step
Tasks and contact lists are tied to specific projects. Create a separate project for each client or campaign.

Click next to any project in the list:

FAQ

Can I rename a project after creation?

Yes. Go to Project Settings → General → change the Project Name → Save.

How to add a new member to an existing project?

Click next to the project → SettingsAccess tab → + Add → enter the member's email.

How to link a LinkedIn account to a project?

Click SettingsSenders tab → + Assign → select accounts. Accounts must first be connected to the workspace via the Senders section.

Can I delete a project? Will data be lost?

Yes, but deletion is permanent — all data, contacts, tasks and settings are removed. Use Delete Project in Project Settings → General → Danger Zone.

Can I view a project's Pipeline and Contacts from the Projects list?

Yes. Click View Pipeline or View Tasks — the relevant section opens, already filtered to this project.
